Round balers are rough on the front PTO shaft, especially when you are turning on headlands or feeding big windrows. AM19503506 is a Weasler® Classic front half constant velocity wide angle driveline that replaces John Deere® OEM part numbers 19503506, AE59635 and AE74294 on a long list of 4x5 and 5x6 balers including 435, 446, 447, 456, 457, 457S, 466, 467, 467S, 535, 546, 547, 556, 557, 566 and 567.
This tractor half CV uses a 1 3/8 inch 6 spline Auto Lok PTO yoke at 540 RPM and drives a 1 11/16 inch 20 spline baler input shaft through a heavy Weasler® cross and bearing kit. The Classic series guard system wraps the driveline so you get full coverage at working angles while still being able to service and grease it. With a tube length in the mid 30 inch range and a stout 5 series style build, it is sized for these balers instead of being a generic shaft you have to fight with.
For a producer who is tired of living with vibration, clicking joints and a CV that groans every time the tractor steers, this front half driveline is a straightforward fix. Once you set the operating length it runs like a plug and play replacement, gives you smooth power into the baler and is backed by a one year warranty so you are not gambling another season on worn out driveline parts.
