Q-Power® Tracks Warranty Policy

Quality Power Products, Inc. warrants Q-Power® Ag Tracks to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of delivery. Any track claimed to be defective shall be returned by the distributor at its expense to Quality Power Products if Quality Power Products so requests. Requests to return defective merchandise are handled through the sales representative who will obtain written authorization from Quality Power Products. Due to the size and weight of Q-Power® Ag Tracks, it may be determined that the product be reviewed in the field. This would be coordinated between the distributor and Quality Power Products.

Quality Power Products will make adjustments for any goods found to be defective by replacement or other allowance. There is no other warranty, expressed or implied, applicable to these products. Quality Power Products liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original selling price of the product determined to be defective and, in no event, shall Quality Power Products be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

The proof of purchase date from your distributor is used to establish the in service date. If this cannot be provided, the date the track was manufactured will be used. Warranty only applies to the owner of the equipment the tracks are installed on. If warranty credit is issued, the replacement track must be purchased within 120 days of warranty approval.

Warranty Exclusions: Any use that is a non-agricultural application. Any Q-Power track that is not used in conjunction with another Q-Power track. Abuse, accidents, alterations, fire, foreign objects, field hazards, negligence, road hazards, crop damage, overloading, mismatched tracks, misapplication, mechanical condition; improper storage, maintenance or adjustment. Defects that are cosmetic in nature such as surface cracks, splits and other superficial markings that may impact track appearance but does not affect the usability and or measurably diminish the overall track life.
