When it comes to new seat options at Abilene Machine, we have several viable options in the Grammer family of award winning replacement seats → 742, 741 and 731. The 731 Black/Gray Matrix is an excellent option as a replacement seat to accompany the air suspension or mechanical suspension in your Case IH® tractor! The 731 is a budget friendly option for a replacement seat. We offer this seat top because we understand the high level of comfort that farmers and ranchers demand at an affordable price.
A 17.50"backrest and a 20.50"w ide seat cushion separate this replacement seat from its close relatives, the 742 and the 741. The seat provides maximum comfort with adjustable lumbar support and a backrest that reclines from -10° to +24°. Folding armrests make entering and exiting the seat a breeze.
Abilene Machine has made it incredibly easy to install with our 'Plug & Play' system. Your new tractor seat can be easily installed on a Grammer Suspension or your factory suspension with our installation kit. Our kit allows you to plug the Operator Presence Switch directly into your machine without causing any damage by dangerously splicing into your wiring harness.
As far as suspension goes, there are 7 options to choose from based on what machine you have. Let's carefully go through the specifications of the MSG93 below.
Our narrow pneumatic suspension delivers incredible value with uncompromising quality, premium materials and a wide range of features. Despite its narrow frame, it boasts the same operating features of it's big brother, the MSG95 air suspension.
The biggest misconception we see with this suspension is that consumers think they need an onboard air supply to have an air seat. Rest assured that is NOT the case with Grammer Suspensions. All air suspensions from Grammer are self-contained meaning you simply need a 12 volt power source (the same battery that is already on your tractor) and you're ready to go. To adjust the ride, simply push or pull the front mounted button to inflate or deflate the air bag to your desired level of tension.

- Depth/Tilt→ Adjusting the height and angle of your seat cushion helps to alleviate strain on your knees (A different seat cushion must also be ordered to accommodate the cut-out for handle)
Warranty
Abilene Machine, LLC offers a standard 1-year warranty on all new, used and remanufactured parts. Abilene Machine reserves the right to inspect any or all parts returned for warranty before warranty claims will be honored. In all instances, Abilene Machine's sole liability will be either replacing the defective part or a refund not to exceed the purchase price of the defective part.
