When you pull the unload handle on a Case IH® combine, that chain drive either hooks up or it does not. This unloader drive sprocket is built for combines like 1640, 1644, 1660, 1666, 1680, 1688, 2144, 2166, 2188, 2344, 2366, 2377 and 2388, driving the unload chain with a 33 and 57 tooth combination that keeps the augers turning at the right speed so grain leaves the tank smooth instead of in fits and starts. A worn sprocket is hard on chain, bearings and your patience, so getting ahead of it matters.
This replacement sprocket is machined for proper bore size and tooth profile so it runs true and carries the load without chewing up the roller chain. Swapping a rounded, hooked original for a fresh part is cheap insurance that keeps the unload drive tight and reduces the odds of breaking chain when the bin is heaped and the truck is waiting. Backed by a 1 year warranty from Abilene Machine, this unloader drive sprocket helps keep seasoned Case IH® combines unloading like they should.
