This system allows you to read diagnostic trouble codes on industrial machinery like cranes, excavators, dump trucks, stationary engines, generators, street sweepers, trenchers, compactors, rollers, dozers, graders, loaders, pavers, earth movers, scrapers and more!

The hands-on aspect of machinery repair is much the same as it has been for decades. Turning wrenches is turning wrenches. The modern challenge is getting access to the electronic control systems that make these machines work. Jaltest OHW does more than let you scan for check engine lights. Your Jaltest software subscription helps you accurately and quickly diagnose broken components by error code or by symptom and gives you a checklist to follow. This takes the guesswork out of diagnosis so you’re not just throwing parts at the problem and crossing your fingers.

The system is designed to be easy to use, with visual and intuitive processes. You don’t have to be a rocket surgeon to navigate your way through it. You’ll have access to wiring diagrams, detailed technical specs, Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) from the OEM and live sensor data to help you correctly diagnose problems and find solutions.

You can also use expert mode to initiate relearning processes, configure systems, calibrate sensors and actuators, and even tell the computer to do a Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration (DPF Regen). These features help you avoid time-consuming and expensive trips to the dealership service center.
