Strong Draper Belts
Abilene Machine is proud to offer Q-Power® draper belts. These high-quality rubber products are designed with tough farming conditions in mind and are available for a variety of makes including John Deere®, New Holland®, Case IH® and MacDon®.
Q-Power® draper belts use a patented filament fiber design for longer wear, which has been shown to perform better than spun fabric belts:
- 5% stronger
- 1% more tear resistant
- 81.7% more puncture resistant
They also feature:
- Teardrop-shaped reinforcement in cleats for better durability and cross-directional strength than the diamond-shaped cleat reinforcement.
- Dual skim and friction coating for puncture- and tear-resistance, increasing durability and fabric protection while reducing drag and belt weight.
