Abilene Machine is proud to offer Q-Power® ag tracks. These high-quality rubber products are built to weather even the toughest conditions. Manufactured into one piece using a highly engineered rubber compound, Q-Power® ag tracks maximize traction and reduce compaction.

The rugged design features:

Long-lasting Track Carcass

• The large 5.1 mm main steel cable provides maximum tensile strength and has special coatings for rust prevention and excellent adhesion.
• A steel wire reinforcement improves tracking and increases longitudinal strength and transverse rigidity.
• A reinforced edge area protects the tensile members and adds protection to the track edge, which is most prone to wear.

Flexible Guide Lugs

• The optimized shape increases flexibility.
• An engineered compound is used to vulcanize the lugs to the carcass to increase abrasion- and puncture-resistance for greater durability.

Durable Tread Lugs

• The optimized tread pattern design provides a maximum footprint with a 10-15% larger contact area. This puts less stress on the track, improves soil clean-out and decreases vibration by up to 15% for a smoother ride.
• An engineered compound is used to vulcanize the lugs to the carcass to improve abrasion- and puncture-resistance, resulting in 15-20% less abrasion on tread lugs.
