We remanufacture thousands of hydraulic pumps for John Deere® tractors every year right here at our facility in Solomon, Kansas. We've been at it since 1988, so we've got the process down.
First, we completely disassemble each John Deere® hydraulic pump core and thoroughly clean each part for inspection, paying special attention to the control valve housing, pump housing, main shaft, and piston bores.
Once we determine we have a good core, we replace any internal part that doesn't meet our stringent tolerance specifications, using top-quality, OEM-spec replacement parts. Our pumps are then rebuilt with new bearings, pistons, rings, valves, and seals.
But we don't stop there. Every single one of our reman hydraulic pumps are thoroughly pressure tested for leaks and proper operating pressure. Our machine spins each pump at 1900 RPM, and builds 2,250 PSI of hydraulic pressure for a measured amount of time.
Each hydraulic pump that goes from our shelf to your hands has no leaks, and is ready to start building hydraulic pressure on your machine as soon as you complete the installation.
That's something you'll appreciate if you only want to replace your hydraulic pump once. Is there anything more frustrating than having to replace a replacement part right away because it doesn't work? Probably, but it's still way high on our list.
On top of all of that, we back them up with a 1-year warranty, so you know you're getting a quality remanufactured hydraulic pump for your money.
We provide a full range of high-quality, high value options for replacement hydraulic pumps for our customers' combines, tractors, skid steers, and anything else that produces hydraulic pressure to make your life on the farm easier.
