Using the latest state-of-the-art computerized equipment, we balance, calibrate and test each auger during the manufacturing process. Our Augers are made in-house, and our quality control processes have vastly improved over the years.

Cupped Super-Edge™ Helicoid Flighting with enhanced edge thickness means our augers have longer service life and greater grain capacity.

With 30 to 50 percent increased thickness of the outer edge of the flighting, where most wear occurs, we’ve added extra strength and longevity to our replacement augers.

By ensuring accurate alignment, balance and hub durability, combined with improved flighting design that maximizes efficiency, we are putting out some of the best augers in the aftermarket today.

High dockage, in the form of cracked kernels, damaged kernels, splits, and foreign material can cost you dearly when it comes time to market your grain. Our flighting is designed to minimize broken kernels, fines, and dockage, which means all the hard work you invested in your crop will bring greater returns. Abilene Machine reserves the right to inspect any or all parts returned for warranty before warranty claims will be honored. In all instances, Abilene Machine's sole liability will be either replacing the defective part or a refund not to exceed the purchase price of the defective part.
